Review:
It’s been a while since a book kept me up and literally
wouldn’t let me put it down – but this one did and I was completely captured
from the first few pages. Incredibly
well written and emotional, I couldn’t help but be pulled in by Jax and Kendal’s
story. Kendal truly loves Jax with all
her heart, so much so that she’s willing to let him go and live his dream, and
at no point did I doubt her feelings.
Jax is hot, and despite his career being everything he ever dreamed, he’s
still missing something. Four years
after saying goodbye they are thrown together again, and all the secrets are
about to come out.
Thankfully this book wasn’t at all fluffy, it felt real with
actual people rather than characters which made it that much better. Warning though, be ready to scream, shout and
possibly throw your book / e-reader across the room when you get to the end! But at least book 2 is already out, so I can
jump straight into it – not sure I could have handled waiting months.

After finding
each other after four years, Jax has found out the truth that he's Finley's
dad. Even though Jax is angry with Kendal for keeping him away from his son, he
still wants Kendal back. In Jax's eyes Kendal has always been his. He will have
her back, even if that means having a fight in the middle of a club.
Kendal knows she
loves Jax but she doesn't know if she should tell him or not. She doesn't want
Finley confused. Jax knows that Kendal loves him and after telling her, he
thought Kendal would confess too. Jax knows just the way to get her to admit to
